Everyday Cheongsam in Violet is on pre-order and item takes approximately 4 -6 weeks to arrive. Combining our love for simple details and Made by Mate’s whimsical prints, our Modern Oriental capsule draws inspiration from the Cheongsam. We re-imagined the Cheongsam sans all the traditional elements: high slits, body-hugging silhouette and the Pankou and updated the traditional Mandarin collar with an overlapped detail. We also kept the silhouette relaxed for everyday wear.

Crafted from Lenzing certified TENCEL™, a breathable and absorbent fabric regenerated from wood cellulose. Tencel is derived from sustainable wood sources and harvested from certified and controlled sources following the stringent guidelines of the Lenzing Wood and Pulp Policy. The fabric is produced in a “closed-loop system” where the chemicals and solvents used to break down the wood pulp are recovered and recycled. This makes TENCEL™ more environmentally friendly than other fabrics.
